Project Challenge
Objective
Bees create hives in a certain way, and the name was inspired by that behavior. The queen bee's purpose is to reproduce by laying around 1,500 eggs daily. Worker bees maintain the cleanliness of the hive while feeding the queen and baby bees and guarding the hive. In other words, they have a great working chemistry which enables them to grow and flourish. Thus the community of Strivehive would be built on this basis. Communities can be created where people can connect and share their goals and motivation to achieve them with the help of Health and Fitness.
This was a group project between 4 people. We made the most of our lockdown experience by meeting weekly on Zoom presenting our findings and suggesting ways which we could improve the project. This was a group project between 4 people. We made the most of our lockdown experience by meeting weekly on Zoom presenting our findings and suggesting ways which we could improve the project. All of us have assumed responsibility for every aspect of the project.
To accelerate the delivery of our product, we incorporated DevOps and Notion methodologies to enable faster delivery. File Zilla was used to transfer each update to our server, so that we can all see our progress and how we can move forward.

Logo Approach
Objective
The inspiration behind the logo was based on an acceptance that us fellow people will never be perfect nor should we strive to be. Hence why the smile is imperfect. The hexagon represents the persons face. Whilst the turquoise colour was used to represent calmness and clarity.

The Solution
Objective
We were thrilled to attend the local charity festival that was a great cause, and we were excited to attend. We designed StriveHive T-shirts to be easily identifiable and to conduct research. We went around and approached people at random and asked them a few questions about our app to see if our idea resonated with them. We received some very good feedback. If the service was available, most people said they would use it. This gave us the assurance to proceed with the development of a prototype of the product's appearance and feel.
